 Our mission was to create a great platform, that was easy to use, and affordable for multiple entries.
  We then transmit your job post to hundreds of job related Websites, Search engines, and Blogs, using RSS feeds.  All job post, are also posted with "Simply Hired.com"

 Once a job listing is added, it only takes a few days for it to start appearing on other sites and search engines, throughout the nation.  The site also gets over 500 to 2000 views a day.

  As we have benchmarked many job boards, and have noticed most job posting platforms only allow 30 day post, ours is 90 days.
  Job postings with other companies are normally only found within their internal database only, which requires viewers to be a member to see it. We go well beyond that.  Our employers job listings are sent out by RSS feed to hundreds of job related Websites, Blogs and Search engines.  Giving our employers maximum viewing resources available on the internet.

Posting Jobs
Employers can post jobs in rich text, choosing their own fonts, styles and even graphics in their posts. Additionally, employers can specify the location of advertised position by marking it on a map
(if you have enabled the map feature).

Manage Posts
Employers can Edit or Delete their previous job posts all from one place.

Browse resumes
Employers can browse resumes submitted by the job Seekers. Employers can search resumes using various different fields.
Members can configure the Resume Search Form from the Admin. panel.  Employers must have a Resume Subscription.

Resume Email Alerts
Employers can create alerts which are sent via email to alert them of new job seekers entering the system. Employers can specify
their alerts to be triggered by specific keyword(s).

Just in case we do not answer your email fast enough, here are the top
questions we get from our clients:

1. Paypal - Do I have to have a paypal account to use my credit card?

Answer: No, when you use paypal, you will see below a area for non
members. All they ask for other than credit card data, is for your email address,
so they can email a statement to you. They are a very good company to use
for online transactions.

2. I cannot view resumes, how come?

Answer: There are two programs on " Post A Job Online.

Single Post: Allows a single post, which stays on for 45 days, however
you cannot view resumes.

Resume Subscription: This allows unlimited post, and viewing on all the
resumes that come in everyday.


3. I just signed up and cannot log in:

Answer: You are in the front of the website for the resume submission clients.
You must log in on the employer section.

4.  How do I Cancel a Subscription?

Answer:  When your are charged by Pay Pal, you will see a link at the bottom of the
 confirmation, allowing you to cancel your subscription.  Follow the process from there.
 You can also email us at admin@employmentladder.com.

5. I just paid, how come I cannot post?

Answer: Please log back in and go to "Manage Job Post".  You will see your credit there.
 If you are using authorize.net, there is a delay of a few hours to allow our staff to manually complete your order.
 If you paid by check, we have to verify your funds before we can issue you a posting credit.

6. How long does my job post last?

Answer: 90 days

  Please note that all transactions are final, and non refundable.
This is due to: When a job posting is entered, it is transmitted to hundreds of websites and blogs.  Giving the listing a wonderful national viewing.  This is a automated process.

 Please also note:
 If a credit has been purchased, but not used, does not allow a refund.  Posting credits are like website hosting, or renting a car.  If you do that utilize the space, you are still responsible for the purchase.


PayPal Policy and Process for Subscription Accounts:

Important Note for PayPal Subscription: If your user purchases a Subscription or monthly Membership, then at the end of the term PayPal will re-bill them automatically and the job board will re-new the subscription automatically. If your customer wants to cancel the automatic re-billing, then they should log in to their PayPal account and cancel it form there. They can do this at any time. Also, if your customer wants to upgrade or downgrade a subscription, they should log in to their PayPal account and cancel the subscription and then wait until it expires on the job board system. After the subscription expires, they can re-order a bigger or smaller plan. It is recommended that you specify these rules in your terms and conditions and/or the edit your order confirmation email templates with these rules, etc.

Note 2: If your customer wants to upgrade / downgrade immediately, then ask them to cancel the subscription via their PayPal account and then go to Subscription Reports and click the question next to the 'Completed' status. There you will see a 'Refund' button where you can immediately terminate their subscription. Your customer would then be able to create a new order from their job board account.

Note 3: In some cases, the order may fail to re-bill. PayPal will then attempt to re-bill a few times before giving up. If you want paypal to stop the re-attempts, log in to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription manually.

Note 4: In the job board, there are two products which are subject to the PayPal Subscriptions: Subscription to the resume database and Memberships. Although in the PayPal system both of these are considered as subscriptions, the job board uses two different terms to differentiate the products. Also, memberships plans with a one-off fee do not get sent as PayPal subscriptions, but the usual PayPal payments - so a customer is not rebilled for one-off Membership payments.

We may also, in our sole discretion, add or delete fees associated with the Service. There may be a charge associated with photo classified listings or Business Listings. If any charge is applicable, we will notify our Users in advance.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. You agree not to resell or assign Your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the Service.

You agree not to make use of anyone else's Information other than as necessary to complete any transactions in which You are involved.

There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between Cutting Edge Enterprises and any User of the Service.

Any notice to You or to us shall be made by either email or regular mail. We may also give notice of changes to these Terms of Service or other matters related to employmentladder.com by displaying notices to Users on the Service.

This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding any prior agreements and or communications regarding such subject matter. This Agreement may only be modified, or any rights under it waived, by a written document executed by both parties.

These Terms of Service and the relationship between User and Cutting Edge Enterprises shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User and Cutting Edge Enterprises agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Kitsap, Washington.

The failure of Cutting Edge Enterprises to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect.

User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
