1. Paypal - Do I have to have a paypal account to use my credit
card?
Answer: No, when you use paypal, you will see below a area for non
members. All they ask for other than credit card data, is for your
email address,
so they can email a statement to you. They are a very good company
to use
for online transactions.
2. I cannot view resumes, how come?
Answer: There are two programs on " Post A Job Online.
Single Post: Allows a single
post, which stays on for 45 days, however
you cannot view resumes.
Resume Subscription: This allows
unlimited post, and viewing on all the
resumes that come in everyday.
3. I just signed up and cannot log in:
Answer: You are in the front of the website for the resume
submission clients.
You must log in on the employer section.
4. How do I Cancel a Subscription?
Answer: When your are charged by Pay Pal, you will see a
link at the bottom of the
confirmation, allowing you to cancel your subscription. Follow the
process from there.
You can also email us at

5. I just paid, how come I cannot post?
Answer: Please log back in and go to "Manage Job Post". You
will see your credit there.
If you are using authorize.net, there is a delay of a few hours to allow
our staff to manually complete your order.
If you paid by check, we have to verify your funds before we can issue you
a posting credit.
6. How long does my job post last?
Answer: 90 days

Please note that all
transactions are final, and non refundable.
This is due to: When a job posting is entered, it is transmitted to
hundreds of websites and blogs. Giving the listing a wonderful
national viewing. This is a automated process.
Please also note:
If a credit has been purchased, but not used, does not allow a refund.
Posting credits are like website hosting, or renting a car. If
you do that utilize the space, you are still responsible for the
purchase.
PayPal Policy and Process for Subscription Accounts:
Important Note for PayPal Subscription: If your user purchases a
Subscription or monthly Membership, then at the end of the term
PayPal will re-bill them automatically and the job board will re-new
the subscription automatically. If your customer wants to cancel the
automatic re-billing, then they should log in to their PayPal
account and cancel it form there. They can do this at any time.
Also, if your customer wants to upgrade or downgrade a subscription,
they should log in to their PayPal account and cancel the
subscription and then wait until it expires on the job board system.
After the subscription expires, they can re-order a bigger or
smaller plan. It is recommended that you specify these rules in your
terms and conditions and/or the edit your order confirmation email
templates with these rules, etc.
Note 2: If your customer wants to upgrade / downgrade immediately,
then ask them to cancel the subscription via their PayPal account
and then go to Subscription Reports and click the question next to
the 'Completed' status. There you will see a 'Refund' button where
you can immediately terminate their subscription. Your customer
would then be able to create a new order from their job board
account.
Note 3: In some cases, the order may fail to re-bill. PayPal will
then attempt to re-bill a few times before giving up. If you want
paypal to stop the re-attempts, log in to your PayPal account and
cancel the subscription manually.
Note 4: In the job board, there are two products which are subject
to the PayPal Subscriptions: Subscription to the resume database and
Memberships. Although in the PayPal system both of these are
considered as subscriptions, the job board uses two different terms
to differentiate the products. Also, memberships plans with a
one-off fee do not get sent as PayPal subscriptions, but the usual
PayPal payments - so a customer is not rebilled for one-off
Membership payments.

or delete fees associated with the Service. There may be a charge
associated with photo classified listings or Business Listings. If
any charge is applicable, we will notify our Users in advance.

The failure of Cutting Edge Enterprises to exercise or enforce any
right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a
waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms
of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should
endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in
the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service
shall remain in full force and effect.
User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary,
any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the
Service or the these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1)
year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
